LIFETECH PROGRAM GAVE ME BACK MY HEALTH AND SATISFACTION

I like to say for myself that I'm well organized person and am able to do in a short time what others would take a lot more time. Functioning like that in my free time I would very quickly take over new obligations. I was working better and better, more and more which lead to advancement in my business. This way of life left serious consequences on my body which was sending me signals, but I've ignored them.

OBSESSION WITH WORK LEFT CONSEQUENCES ON MY FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS AND MY HEALTH

One period of my life I've worked abroad on big and taxing jobs. Regardless, I've had energy and I could work a lot. Then I had a personal cook, driver and cleaner and all my time I would invest exclusively in my job. Even in the morning after my exercise I'd start working immediately without any breakfast. At that time my first meal would be in the evening after I've returned from my job. I was even capable of working 7 days a week during the period of one or two years without feeling any problems. Regardless of being aware of proper way of life I didn't really care.

FATIGUE FORCED ME TO LOOK FOR A SOLUTION

Fatigue which accumulated during the years reflected mostly on my personal life and on my health. I live as a single father and at home I almost had no energy to devote to my children and myself. I'd easily get irritated and sometimes without a reason yell on my child who just wanted to play at that moment and I didn't have energy for it. With all that my state reflected on my hearth issues and this new situation forced me to seek solutions. I was everywhere and with time I came to the LifeTech center.

I FEEL LIKE I'M ALIVE AGAIN

After first few treatments I've immediately felt big change in my energy. Regular appointments helped me to finally start doing what I knew was needed. After 15 years I'm having regular breakfast, lunch and dinner from groceries suggested by the LifeTech center. AFTER 3 SURGERIES AND 10 YEARS OF REHABILITATION... FIRST POSITIVE RESULTS

From 2007. when I hurt my knee during training and I was diagnosed with knee dislocation I was living with big pains and insecurities. Because of my injuries I had to cease all of my activities and until then I was regularly training capoeira, taekwando, lation dances and was enjoying acting. In the period of 10 years I had 3 knee surgeries after which I had a long lasting recovery process.

I WAS CORNERED BY MY INJURY

When I received my injury I was 16 years old and was aware that this is the period when my body is being developed the most but I've spent most of my time in controlled rehabilitation environment. Doctors were telling me that everything is fine with my knee and that it is recovering, but I didn't notice any progress.

After many years of doctor treatments in Croatia and abroad and inability of even use of my two legs, the healthy half of my body started to suffer. All of that resulted with double spine deviation, hip and knee degradation, osteoporosis and stronger and stronger physical and psychological pain.

FIRST MEETING WITH THE LIFETECH CENTER AND FIRST RESULTS

After only few days in LifeTech center I've noticed first results. My circulation got better, and stability increased with each passing day. It is well known that with the injuries of this type one of most common problems i the feeling of decay and instability. Today I'm feeling safe and I can not only stand on my feet with full confidence, but make rotations and side movements. And most importantly, urge to walk exclusively in a straight line is gone.

I came to the LifeTech center when my quadriceps were exhausted to the point where I couldn't even stay on my feet long enough to make a breakfast. Everyday work and attendance in the LifeTech center returned energy in my whole organism and now I walk every day and do a low skip. I'm sure that physiotherapists would be more than satisfied to see this amount of progress in such a small amount of time.

AFTER 10 YEARS I'M FINALLY WALKING SAFELY AND RELAXED THROUGH MY LIFE

First time after 10 years I have results. In LifeTech center I've realized that it is necessary to treat the whole body at the same time and not just a localized joint that was giving me trouble.

WHAT HAVE I LEARNED FROM MY STAY IN LIFETECH CENTER

Now I understand that by using this knowledge athletes can not only heal but also prevent potential injury, improve their health and avoid unnecessary breaks because of injuries which can occur.

For me all the techniques I've learned are now a thing of personal hygiene and way by which I can feel my body my self and securely and relaxed continue to grow and develop in natural way.

CALM, HAPPPY AND RELAXED IN PREGNANCY

Realization that I'm pregnant brought great happiness to our home. Happiness and excitement were big since even though we wanted child for a while we haven't hoped for it at this time. Since I had spontaneous abortion one of questions I had on my mind was will I be able to keep my child.

RELIEF AFTER FIRST RELAXATION TREATMENT

I clearly remember my first treatment in LifeTech center and feeling of comfort I have experienced during that first hour. Every consecutive treatment was a new experience which allowed me to calm myself, have a clear mind and greater security and faith that everything around me runs in the best way possible.

I was already aware of importance of relaxation and calming your mind, but I was never able to do this myself and, most importantly, follow through with it.

Happy and calm I'm expecting a birth of my child.

HEALTH AND FEELING OF PEACE MAKE ME MORE SUCCESSFUL

At the start of 2017. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Doctors say that trigger for the diabetes was stress and that his appearance is tightly related to the autoimmune thyroid disease which appeared 11 years ago.

MESSY WAY OF LIFE AND THOUGHT HAVE BROUGHT ME TO DIABETES

Ten years I've been working in the family business and while working I'd often exhaust myself both physically and mentally. Regardless of more or less taking care about what I eat and regular exercise I worked really hard and went to sleep really late. My consciousness didn't allow me to leave my work unfinished. I didn't know how to deal with business situations I've found myself in the late 2016. which led me to poor health condition.

My body was giving me bigger and bigger signals and I've quite quickly realized that something was wrong. I had to urinate and drink frequently. I've found myself in the situation where I couldn't quench my thirst for 3 to 4 days at a time. All of this made me to go visit a doctor.

DIABETES FORCED ME TO START LOOKING FOR SOLUTIONS

After I've received first diagnosis I've begun changing my habit as doctors instructed. I wasn't really satisfied with them and I had a feeling that there might be something else. I've begun to discover alternative approaches to healing treatments and ways in which emotions are related to internal organs. This started to interest me more and more so I did some more research.

My research led me to LifeTech center. After benefits and changes I've felt after first three treatments I've understood that this is the path I want to take in solving my health situation. Now I'm a regular at the LifeTech center for a whole year and changes I feel and see on me are really big.

POSITIVE CHANGES HAVE REFLECTED ON MY HEALTH AND INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS

I'm still using instructions I've received from my doctor, but in LifeTech center I've learned how to pay attention to my thoughts, feelings and behaviour in personal and in business life. All of this had positive effects on my health. I've reduced my medication dosage for my thyroid and I'm slowly reducing insulin dosage. Peace I've received with regular relaxations is invaluable for me.

I've realized that there will always be stressful situations in my life but it's on me how I'm going to interpret them. Now I'm much less likely to enter conflicts, I'm more measured in situations which would normally upset me, I'm more relaxed and everything that is happening around me I see from different perspective.

Today I'm successfully controlling diabetes, I'm waking up and going to sleep at the same time, making sure I have regular meals and go to relaxations daily. I'm more relaxed on my job and am achieving better results.

All of those changes have positively reflected on my business and family relationships. I'm regularly receiving compliments about how I'm "shining" and how nice it is to see a trully happy and satisfied person. Even my family members have started following my example and are going to the relaxations, that way we are even greater support to each other.

Now I'm aware that what is most important is what I think and how I behave and that consequence of that is excellent health.
